Service Description
Mondays | 5:30 to 7 pm | Fall Quarter: October 5 to December 14 9 classes: Oct 5, 19, 26 · Nov 2, 9, 16, 30 · Dec 7, 14 (No class Oct 12 or Nov 23) Community Room at Whidbey Coffee, Burlington This is a beginner course for adults, and no experience is necessary. Class 1: We learn about the machines, safety, needles, thread and fabric types, and practice running the machine on scraps before starting projects. Class 2 and beyond: We start projects. We'll talk through design and the features you want, then build. When one project is finished, you start the next. Every project you learn is one you can make at home for yourself or as a gift, and tweak to make even better next time. Choose your projects! October: Witch/Wizard Hats, Matching Bag, Cloak or Cape, Patchwork Snake November: Apron, Patchwork Table Runner, Cozy Sweater, PJ Bottoms December: Knot Bags (great for gifts), Fleece Hats, Scarves, Robes, plus anything from the lists above Materials are not included in class pricing. You can purchase materials from me, and we'll go over your options at the first class, or you're welcome to bring your own. As a single parent myself, I know how hard it is to carve out time for yourself or fully commit. Trust me, giving yourself permission to be creative and learn a new craft brings so much joy. With that in mind, I built this course with a few options: Option 1: Full Course, 3 payments of $120 ($360) Reserves your seat for all 9 classes. Best value at $40 per class. Option 2: 5 Session Package, $225 Use it for any 5 dates this quarter. Expires at the end of the quarter. Register for each class you want to attend, ideally right after purchase, to save your seat. At checkout, choose your pricing plan from the payment method dropdown. Available once the course has started. Option 3: Drop In, $50 per class Come when you can! Please register ahead, since class is capped at 7. Available once the course has started. No machine? No worries. Use mine or bring your own. I look forward to meeting you!
