Late Start Sewing in Sedro-Woolley Grades 2-6 | Wednesdays, 8:45 to 10:15 am | 12 sessions Jan 6th - March 31st | No class on 1/27/2027 Located at Montoya House of Arts | Limited to 12 students No patterns. No worksheets. Real, hands-on sewing from day one. This class is built around Sedro-Woolley’s late start Wednesdays, so your student can learn a lifelong skill before the school day begins. Every session includes a sewing machine and all fabric, thread, and notions. I do encourage students to bring their own machine from home (must be a full-size machine, no mini machines). Your teacher is Stephanie Philbrick, founder of Positively Sewing. She is a self-taught designer with over 15 years of sewing experience, her own collections, and fashion show work behind her. She now teaches in small groups so every student gets real attention. Montoya House of Arts is right there if you want to grab something on your way in or out. Pick up: All participants must be picked up on time. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Positive Change, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and hosting facilities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injury, illness, or loss sustained during participation, whether for myself or my minor child. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Positive Change, LLC to obtain medical treatment if I cannot be reached, and I accept responsibility for any related costs. I grant permission for photographs and/or video taken during programs to be used for promotional purposes. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old or the parent/legal guardian of the participant, and I agree to these terms voluntarily.
